We had a LOT of hassle with this - I recommend that if you have problems, contact Reflecta's techinical support direct, not the retailer (Avides), who know nothing and simply pass on queries to Reflecta, then if you're lucky, they'll pass back some of the response.
Be aware that scanner currently (Nov 2011) is being shipped with an out of date version of Cyberview, which has an unacceptable bug in it. You need to install a new scanner driver, then update Cyberview to v5. Oh yes, and all the picture processing (eg ICE) has been changed from ROC, GEM etc. It is pre-installed in the scanner, not on your PC, so no chance of any updates ! After receiving a second scanner, which still had the old ICE, Cyberview won't access it so we sent the lot back and asked for a refund.
A huge waste of time !
