These are so comfortable and look gorgeous, they would have got 5 stars but i had to put some stitches in as the back straps kept falling down but this solved the problem and i love them. However I did buy them before the sun hit at a reduced price and would not pay full price for them, they are just flip flops, all be it gorgeous ones!

Other posters were right. The back strap does have a tendency to want to fall off your foot sometimes. However, while there are some days where this is highly noticeable, at other times it doesn't seem to be a problem. Don't know what's up.
Upside? They're cute. And unless you're standing on concrete for 5 hours a day or more, pretty comfortable. When I'm wearing them with pants, I purposefully just let the back strap hang down so it wears like a regular flip flop. No one knows the difference. So it's the main problem I've had with them, really isn't a problem.
The reason I demoted it to three stars:
1. The back strap is still frustrating sometimes
2. While I've gotten some great wear out of them, I'm surprised to say that the footbed (the "leather" part) has a weird tear. Not that it keeps me from wearing them. But odd place to show wear. Makes me wonder how they'll hold up for another year.

I received this product within 2 business days of ordering. The sandals were exactly what I thought they would be. Very comfortable and good quality. The back strap is a little looser than I would think so they move around a bit, but still very easy to wear.

Defective sandal and disappointed in Amazon return policy

These sandals are adorable, however, one of them is defective. The strap is not tight in the back so it falls right off my foot. Unfortunately, I did not open them until 6 weeks after purchasing because the weather hasn't been warm enough to wear them. Now Amazon tells me I can't return without paying shipping costs and a 20% late fee. Other Reef sandals I have purchased in the past have been great, this time Reef disappoints me. Amazon also disappoints with such a narrow return policy. I don't think I will be ordering shoes online from Amazon again.
