The Reebok Z9 exercise bike can be used by people of different ages and abilities. It has a stylish design, a 9kg (20lbs) flywheel and 32 levels of computer controlled magnetic resistance that offer you a motivating and challenging workout. A backlit LCD monitor provides detailed feedback on time, speed, RPM, distance, calories, pulse and watt. There are 17 workout programmes to choose from and at any time during exercising you can take a recovery test. Heart rate measurement with the Reebok Z9 exercise bike can be easily achieved using the integrated pulse sensors in the handlebars. Adjustable handlebars, a height adjustable seat and balanced pedals with adjustable straps enable you to find the most convenient training position to make your workout more comfortable. The machine is 92cm (36.2") long, 52cm (20.5") wide and 133cm (52.4") high. It has been equipped with wheels for easier transportation.

I have tried other makes of exercise bikes but the Z9 leaves them all miles behind. It's everything, and more, than it's described as being. The assembly instructions are an easy to follow diagram and all screws and washers are numbered so that you know exactly which ones go where. It is extremely sturdy, suitable (unlike some other makes)for anyone like myself that is less than 5'4" (163cm)tall, the computer is large enough to be seen by those of us with not such good eyesight and best of all it's very easy to pedal. I would even go as far as to say, that even with certain dissabilities and whatever your age this is the bike for you. The only downside to it is the saddle "OUCH" it's not very comfy, so a folded towel or a small cushion may be needed. Finally, a word about the company. There was a problem on my bike with uneven padding on the saddle, I kept sliding sideways, they promised an immediate replacement and it arrived the next day. How good can that get.

I have given this exercise bike 5 stars, as it is one of the best I have tried. Not far off the gym bikes at professional health clubs.
I was considering buying a Life Fitness bike which costs from around £1000.00, but this bike at £200.00 does everything I need it to. Great value for money.
It has 32 resistance levels which you can adjust as you get fitter, it has plenty of fitness programmes, it has calorie count, time, speed, distance, pulse, is height adjustable and is very quiet and smooth.
It took my husband 45 minutes to assemble. So much for all the whining wimps who complained about the assembly time in their reviews!
The only negative thing about the bike is the seat, which I would describe as a torture device! You definitely need to replace the original seat with a gel saddle which costs around £15.00.
Apart from the seat this bike is perfect for anyone from a beginner to an advanced level of fitness.
