I had recently started playing squash and was doing so wearing by reebok trainers.
I thought I would go for a proper squash shoes and since I had good opinion about by old purchases of reebok I thought I would stick to the same.
It was a very bad move on my part. Let me give the review in a break up below.
1) Looks: This is one reason why I gave the shoes two stars out of the other court shoes available in the market this is defenetly a good looker. Dont go by the pictures it looks pretty good (The pic does not do it justice)
2) Grip and Performance: The grip and performance of the shoes was also top notch the gum soles doing its job properly which enables you to do those quick stop and lunges which are part of a routine squash game
3) Cushioning: This is the part where this shoes suck like a sore thumb. I used this shoes three times till now and from the first time I used it I started getting terrible aches in the hip area (It was due to the lack of adequate cushioing of the shoes during game play) Now any squash player (avrg or proff) would know the impact of cushioning as it does terrible harm to your body and in the long run ruins your game also.
I would inform you all to avoid this shoes and go for the proper made for squash shoes by hi-tech, prince or dunlop
I am now paying quite a lot for sports massages to treat my back because of this shoes and I am not sure if I would be using these again.
