I bought these for my mother, who is 85. She loves them, and so does her sister. I have just ordered another pair for her.

Hand weights I actually really like - I've got two of them and use them regularly.
Pros:
+ perfect weight for me (it's not too much, but you can feel the extra weight when you move your arms)
+ they won't slip out of your hand - they are covered with something (I'm not sure what it is) that makes them easier to hold
+/- the color - I quite like it, but some people may not

I'm pretty new to hand weights in general, and this has been perfect for me. It's the perfect weight, is a really classy, cute colour and it's soft to touch which makes the whole exercising process seem less clinical. I honestly do like it.

Just the job
These are perfect for Pilates 10 minute solutions dvd. They are easy and comfortable to grip and handy to pick up for 5 minutes here and there for a quick toning session.
