These weights are well boxed, well made and easy to grip. The smallest weight is only 1/2 Kg and a little on the light side unless you are extremely unfit! However, the 1Kg and 1 1/2 Kg weights are ideal for light workouts and stamina training. I shall continue to keep up the good work!

I use these weights as part of a daily physiotherapy routine to help me improve my arm muscle mass and tone. They are simple to use and come in a nice neat handy case. The weight range is OK but others might want a larger weight than 1.5kg. For me, the smallest weights provided are uselessly light but again others might want these. I use the two heaviest pairs. The quality is fine and they are very easy to keep/wipe clean when necessary. Overall, I'm very pleased with my purchase.

Hand weights set
Good value for money but on opening the box took a few days for the plastic smell to disappear. But needed for my exercise regime.
