This is a nicely made mat but we found it quite inappropriate for the purpose for which it is recommended, namely Yoga. The topside is rather slippery underfoot and the underside even more so on a wooden or lino floor. The result is quite dangerous and we have had to abandon it and buy something else. It might just be allright on carpet. However I would recommend buying something with a more rubbery texture that adheres better to the surface on which you are working. This is not a good bet.

This item arrived in good time. It's a perfect thickness for doing exercises, because I've heard that some mats can be too thin (more designed for yoga... which I haven't tried...yet).
The way it rolls up and the elastic straps that secure it is really handy and good for storing away nicely.

I love this mat!!! im a little lady myself, only 5'1 so its longer then me. Not too soft, not too hard...great for my aerobics. Delivered very quickly. Its also light and easy to carry, i will be taking this with me on holiday.

Hopeless
Hopeless for yoga or pilates - forget it!

great mat
The mat is longer than I expected, and the quality is good. Though, it could be a bit softer in the material. I like that I can fold the mat with the built in band.
