The picture on the website looked pristine. Unfortunately when I received my parasol it looked liked it had taken a detour through the Middle East. The box was in tatters and when I put the parasol together - there were stains on it. Won't be buying anything from the `cheaperonline' website in the future.

Amazon Verified Purchase
Received my umbrella promptly and intact however i was horrified when i seen 'Blackspur' on the box as anyone who has ever purchased any Blackspur tools will know they are the pure cr@p!. Opening the box and putting the thing together i found it to be ok for the money although the thing is unstable and will not stand alone without securing the base which if you purchased it for a over a table on decking as i did means three screws and three holes drilling in to the decking. If you are putting it on a lawn then there are three holes pre drilled on each foot allowing you to put some sort of metal fixing like tent pegs maybe? through and securing the base. on the whole it looks ok and it does what it says on the box and should hopefuly last a few summers if looked after.

parasol
the bolts supplied were of poor quality the threaded holes that the four bolts went into on the base unit needed the threads sorted.

How good it is
The item came very quickly. Once opened the linen was caught in places but needed the parasol so could not send back the item but should have. Read more
