i bought this item for my mum as a birthday gift. it came promptly but was unfortunatley broken. however i called up the supplier who was very helpful and polite and my replacement arrived quickly and in one piece. the colour is bright and cheerful. the only thing i would say is that it is wider than i expected but all in all i love it and thankfully so does my mum.
