The comic included in the collectors edition is the "Injustice" prequel comic not Red Son. The Red Son DLC is a seperate pre-order DLC which isn't confirmed for UK yet (although in America it is being offered by Gamestop rather then Amazon.com so I suspect that if it does get offered over here it will be by Game rather then Amazon.co.uk).
I am certain that it will be added to the PSN for a smallish fee about a month after release in any event.
Red Son DLC appears to be exclusive to Game over here. However, Amazon.de have Blackest Night DLC with Blackest Night costume for Batman and a zombie mode which appears to have new zombie skin for all characters.
I've also checked out the Red Son DLC and its only available at GAME, but I've checked out at Zavvi.com that if you pre-order with them you get the Batman: Arkham City DLC. More info: http://bit.ly/12x1kyn
I came across it around 2-3 weeks ago, didn't even know that Zavvi were doing the DLC.
I just found out from Injustice's Facebook page that Best Buy are doing Batman: Blackest Night Skin as a pre-order and Best Buy are also doing the Zombie Mode pre-order. More info: http://bit.ly/12X6DWJ
yh i found out 2 so it will be total BS if we don't get any pre order bonus here, i mean there r 3 pre order bonuses in america (Red son-Blackest night & arkham city skins) 2 r already in uk stores we should get the 3rd one (Blackest night) not a crappy equivalent 10$ voucher
I contacted amazon to ask about the pre-order bonus after seeing that amazon.de customers would get the blackest night DLC and I received this reply: "Hello,
I have checked our record and see that currently we do not have any Pre-order promotions for "Injustice: Gods Among Us: Collector's Edition (PS3)". We're sorry for any inconvenience this causes.
Please be informed that if you've seen a Pre-Order Promotion on a Video Game product sold on another website, possibly even Amazon.com, Amazon.fr or Amazon.de, but don't see the same offer listed on Amazon.co.uk, it means that the Promotion isn't available on Amazon.co.uk."
I then cancelled my pre-order because other UK retailers are doing Pre-Order Bonuses, Game.co.uk have the Red Son Edition.
Not really it costs an extra £12 and offers very little extra for the in-game experience just a figurine to sit on a shelf, A comic I can buy for a few pound and 3 costumes that I will be able to buy on ebay for about £5 or later on PSN for less again so why pay an extra £12 for things that make almost no difference to the game? So I have to ask why is it just stupid not to have it seems stupid to me to pay approximately 27% extra for three skins but the point your missing is that if amazon can offer a Pre-Order bonus to Germany why not the U.K.
i meant its stupid not to have pre order bonus not stupid not to have the CE, and u said it y can they have pre order for germany and not uk tht's y im saying its stupid and plus tht there is already the nightfall dlc which isnt associated wth any uk seller website so its absurd not to have it here, and about the CE convince urself its not worth it all u want but the stick figure is pretty epic and people from us r ignoring theirs bec they know this one is way better plus there is a steelbook and also plus tht the comic book should be first print so its retail price should be no less than 15 pounds and its not £12 extra its actually £17 to the ones who pre ordered it really early like me :),and now its £27 more and besides u have no way of knowing for sure tht the skins will be cheap later they might be worth £10 (probably not that much but who knows)
but the problem is, if they then add a pre-order DLC before releases date (its happened last minute before), then you will have to pay the higher price to re-order it. The fact is as well, that you initially ordered the CE yet now say there is no point to it. Why did you order it in the first place then? Your argument that the DLC in this will be available on eBay ... well the same stands for any pre-order DLC as well. You must have wanted the CE originally or else you wouldnt have ordered it. And if you were ordering it just because you thought it might get pre-order DLC defeats your argument about eBay. You was willing to pay an extra £12 to get a £5 DLC.
