This book was what I have come to expect from a Tomkins written book. Well structured, researched and with an even handedness(not sure if thats a word) that wouldnt normally be seen in a review about something that can draw out passion as only sport can.

Truly worth a read for any and all Liverpool Fans throughout the world

Better & Better 24 Oct 2009
Format:Paperback
Tomkins has a happy habit of bettering himself with each book. This is the best to date - again.

Anyone after a gushing account of how great Liverpool are should look elsewhere (there's plenty to choose from). Similarly, if knee-jerk crticism or a regurgetition of the daily drivel we get in the press is your thing, dont bother with this book.

However, if your after knowledgable insight and excellently written analysis I cannot recommend this book - or indeed this author - enough.

If the books are too few and far between and you dont get enough with his regular articles on the official site, then I suggest you try searching out the 'Tomkins Times' online.

A really great book that you can go back to again and again.

Excellent service, book arrived 2 days after ordering. Another excellent piece of work by Paul T, Thorough in his facts and research, he provides readers with an overview of why a club like Liverpool has slippled so far behind others in the Premier League. An essential read for all LFC fans, especially for the idiots calling for Rafa's head and those who still believe LFC has some devine right to be at the top. This book explains why we are where we are

Great work Paul, keep it up
