A slightly different download from Sound Dreamer....

I have 11 downloads from Sound Dreamer, 10 of which are nature sounds (and they are all superb) so I thought I'd try one of their newest releases..... All I can say is I am not disappointed, this Red Noise download is as crisp and clear as all of their nature sound downloads I have so far.

I suffer with severe tinnitus and I find White Noise too harsh and high pitched, Pink Noise can be a bit harsh too (depending on the quality of the recording) Brown noise is too low pitched and I can't actually hear it, and Violet Noise too similar in pitch to White Noise, therefore it is uncomfortable for my over sensitive ears, but Red Noise is really quite smooth and is good at drowning out the constant buzzing of my tinnitus.

Highly recommended for helping block out tinnitus and sooth the mind off to sleep!

(Edited 04/12/13) Please see my review of Pink Noise. After a week or two I actually found this better than the Pink noise. I think my brain got used to it, like a ticking clock. I would like to see an 8 hour version as I find, like the ticking clock, when the track ends there is a gap before it repeats, and this sometimes wakes me, ironically! We are all different but many people will find this really useful for insomnia and tinnitus.

I suggest buying a few different tracks and seeing whether they work for you.

The tracks are low cost and high quality, which is really nice.
