This recorder tuition book is better for children wishing to play the descant recorder. It had clear fingering diagrams and progressivley works up to playing a decent tune, but is only really for the complete beginner. A good start up tool.

I bought this book to start learning the recorder for myself. It's a good book and definitely the right choice if you've got a kid learning the instrument but if you're about 18+ (or younger depending on whether you've played instruments before) you may be better off getting something more advanced. I finished and mastered most of the songs in here in a day haha. It's a great book for children though.

Its okay
I personally didn't find it all that good and i its okay but its not my soart of thing i tryed it didn't like it but you might get on with it quite easlier

Not being able to read music is no problem with this book. It shows you which fingers to use, then you blow and recognise the note. Read more
