at first - i thought this book would give a particular insight into urbanism whatever definitions you would prefer. However somehow the book develops into something too technical and scientific in its approach in understanding urbanism that I stopped attempting to read it. Simply there arent a lot of illustrations and diagrams relating the urbanism which may aid the text.

If possible google scholar it to browse excerpts before purchasing otherwise you may find yourself in the same predicament as myself.
