    This is one of those diet books you have to share with your firends, whetehr you follow the 5:2 diet or not, the recipes are all vegan and super healthy. The sample meal plans are great and take out all the guess work and hassle of choosing what to cook on fast and non fast days. Take your pick, lots to choose from. Thank you

    Dieting at the best of times can be tiring and also hard work. When you are a vegetarian and especially a vegan, many diet books fall short of providing exciting and enjoyable recipes to try.

    This book is one to try if you have experienced this. Plenty to chose from.

    Contains some nice low calorie recipes but many if them ask for honey & I don't think honey is vegan so the title is a little misleading, but nice to see some variety in plant based meals, these are low calorie so results will come quicker on a plant based diet which is healthier as well.

    Some lovely recipes....(but you would have to reduce the ingredients if the rest of the family were not into vegan 5:2.)...i am certainly going to try some.....
