Good processing guidelines. Recipes appear tasty and well-seasoned. The author hews to safety and discourages shortcuts. I'm looking forward to using these recipes in canning season.

This is a really good guide for canning. Easy to understand and follow. I especially liked all the charts with times, sizes of jars and lbs of pressure needed for each recipe. I will certainly get more of Rachel`s books.
