I was given this book as a Christmas present as I've been a fan of Paul Young since my early teens. The book itself is beautifully bound and very high quality pages. The photos are stunning. The book combines recipes from around the world, mainly Italy, UK, Mexico and Thailand, with anecdotes from his travels.
Each recipe is simply laid out and easy to follow, with lots of personal touches on how to modify the basic recipe. I'm not a particularly confident cook, but have really enjoyed throwing myself in at the deep end to produce some very tasty dinners.
And while the food is cooking, there are plenty of stories to read and a chance to reminisce my youth!!!
