I found this book easy to read, easy to understand and easy to follow. It enlightened me on which food groups to eat and when. Although it is a 35 day diet, and I only made it through the first 17 days, I still lost a whopping 14 pounds!!! This book also shows, how to eat right without being on the designated diet. So, at anytime you may deviate from it, choose supplemental foods, or go on your own. I did find the recipes in this book a little expensive and that you would benefit greatly if you lived near a store which sold fresh fruit, so you can buy it daily. The concept of the diet can be used day to day even if you're not dieting. This book is a great start to eating right. It has a daily motivational reading, that keeps you interested and helps you keep shedding those pounds. You can eat steak, baked potatos, butter, corn on the cob, and much more!!

Great book!, 17 Nov 2009

This book is really interesting. I have done the diet using the old book (which helped me lose 11 kilograms in just 6 weeks) so I thought I'd try some of the recipes as I know the diet works. It's got some delicious recipes that people should try when doing this diet so they don't feel bored. Would definitely recommend this book to anyone.

Beverly Hills Diet - Recipes to Forever (paper back book), 15 July 2011

This book was purchased to aid my wife in a weight loss plan - is it working? - too early to tell.
The book arrived in timely fashion (just as predicted)and was in perfect, like new condition, just as the seller advertised.
This item was purchased through Amazon - meaning it was selected and paid for at Amazon but was shipped from an outside vendor.
