Fun:
I am not sure why but manufacturers do make a "standard" rechargeable battery for the Wii remote controls. We bought these expecting them to fit our recharging stand but they do not recharge. Why? Because the terminals are in a different position! Very frustrating. Nintendo/manufacturers should standardise these batteries so they can be recharged on a standard cradle. Nil points awarded.

We purchased these to replace a rechargeable battery pack. Take no notice of the picture the ones sent were for the vertical stands. We sent ours back and got a refund. Still haven't found the ones we want.

Fun:
My order arrived quickly which pleased me. I had got feed up with the batteries in my Wii remote not lasting long, and decided after a friend's suggestion to get a rechargeable battery pack and charger for my remote controllers, which last's longer than ordinary batteries. I'm happy to say the rechargeable batteries do give longer lasting game play and beats having to keep on replacing dead batteries.

Worked out more expensive in the longrun.
Got these for my children's remotes as I had bought a quad charger and two extra remotes at a later date. (Had forgotton that the charger came with 4 backs). Read more

Unfortunatly, unlike eveyone elses rechargeable packs, mines great!! Simple to fit, lasts for hours of game play and have done so the past year.

Quad Powerstation Charging Unit and Rechargeable battery
