This long life Rechargeable Back Up Battery is designed to replace and upgrade the original battery supplied with your system. Whether fitted in a solar siren, or a control unit. All our batteries are supplied fully charged and ready to install.
If fitted to a Response SK Alarm Control Unit (SK3 or SK5) these rechargeable batteries will offer up to 30 days full back up in the event of a mains failure.

I ordered two of these batteries for my Alarm System and they were delivered within the stated delivery dates, were well packed and in 'as new' condition. They have now been installed for six weeks and are working fine. So far I am very please with these batteries and the price I paid, which was alot less than the alarm manufacturers web-site plice.

Everywhere you go or turn today, usually involves opening / shutting & locking a door. It could be your house, Car, Office or Shed and any one of these belong to you. In todays world we have to protect ourselves from thieves that watch for a chink in our armour and pounce on our mistakes.
I do not have that worry because I have a Response Alarm protecting my home day & night. My Car is alarmed & imobilised and my trusty big Shed is protected as well all to keep the burglars out.
It is preventative measures like these that give me peace of mind when I 'shut' any door knowing that my investment is protected to the best of my ability and is reflected in my insurance policies.
I have purchased a 6volt alarm battery for my friends alarm.
Mine is a 12volt and is so simple to set up yet alarmingly alarming when it goes off when I test it!

My Response SA5 Alarm has worked perfectly for 6 years. When the external siren started bleeping every time I opened the front door and my control panel failed after a power cut I knew that I had stretched the recommended 4-5 year battery replacement too far.
I ordered 3 6V Rechargeable batteries by Response; 2 for the control panel and 1 for the external siren. They were a bit more expensive than some alternatives I saw, but much cheaper than the main dealers website. I was impressed that they arrived the next day. I was apprehensive when I unpacked them as they were very different in colour to what was displayed on Amazon. On closer inspection, I found that it was the same make but a different colour, phew!
They were easy enough to fit, although the clips that fit on to the terminals can be really tight so be careful with the thin wires.
Everything is back in place, fully charged and we are back up to full security, so I am very satisfied.
