The book is centered on Indian applicants. This is good to know if one is not Indian (details might be different for these people).
The authors and publishers didn't bother to use a _readable_ English language. Sometimes sentences do not have any logic (i.e. no logic agreement between the subject and predicate, no predicate at all, fragments of sentences, and so on).
The simple use of an automatic (computer) spell checker would have made the book ten times easier to read. Authors and publishers not using this kind of simple, automatic, world-wide available tool rises the question of proof reading of the text itself.
All in all, poor quality.
