Yes, perfectly normal. I believe the idea is that when your child is in the seat with the seatbelt on movement is similar to that of an adult with a seatbelt on. Remember these are booster seats. In the event of a crash it is the seatbelt that prevents movement, with the side and head panels giving even more protection.

Nope , but there is another model which is not isofix system

No once this is fitted with the isofix bars it really doesn't move a lot
