4.0 out of 5 stars Getting Better 5 May 2009

Much better than Ken Stotts First series, slowed the pace down and took 20 mins longer to tell the tales, I reckon by the next series we'll have a classic.

Still yet to get close to the books though

5.0 out of 5 stars The 'right' Rebus! 9 Jun 2010
Ken Stott is the 'perfect' Rebus.
He portrays him just as you imagined in the books!

5.0 out of 5 stars rebus fan 16 April 2010

i love this guy - ken stott and the part he plays. having read several of the books, he just fits my mental image of a copper who knows what to do and just gets on with it. world weary and having a drink too many at times, he still gets the bad guy - brilliant.

5.0 out of 5 stars Rebus TV - last 4 episodes 29 Jun 2014

Good delivery time and a great price.I would certainly use this company again. Having this DVD means I have all of The TV versions of Rebus. Now Ian Rankin needs to allow someone to make some more BUT only if Ken Stott agrees to play Rebus.

4.0 out of 5 stars I want more of Ken Stott as REBUS 12 Aug 2009
Rebus : Season 4 [DVD]

Having first seen Stott in an early Rebus I was fascinated , firstly by his accent, me being an Aussie. Then his seemingly sincere playing of the part of Rebus. His stubin, doesnt always do what his supieriors wish, likes a drink, keeps his eyes open for the ladies, without the show being a love story, and his human. Has personal feelings for the victims of society. He's not a bent cop, just bends the rules to get justic for the needy. Is unfairly treated when it comes to promotion.

We'd make hin an honourary Aussie any day.

Nifty Nev
