This is only a short little book, but it's central message has the power to make a BIG impact on your world if you apply it to your everyday life. The core idea of the book is quite simple: depression occurs because of hopelessness, or a lack of desire in your life. Re-introduce desire - in the form of inspiring new dreams, compelling goals, ambitions and hopes - and you effectively re-connect with the life energy that keeps all of humanity moving forward. Now, the first half of our little book explains this message briefly and to good effect. Hey, it even provides a few exercises to get you thinking! But after that it does taper off somewhat . . . and an otherwise well-put-together little book ends rather wishy-washily for my liking. Kind of just peters out into nothing, which is a shame. But that complaint aside - and it's only a small one - if you follow the advice offered in the book's all-important first half, you will find this text useful and inspiring. It provides Light for people who feel they're in a Dark place, and that's a good thing. Like many a kabbalist would tell you: GET BUSY WITH THE LIGHT AND THE LIGHT GETS BUSY WITH YOU . . .
