I would heartily recommend Deike's book as a means of understanding what Rebirthing can do. She writes with obvious knowledge and experience of her subject and it is clear that she is an accomplished Rebirther with a great sensitivity to the extraordinary depth of feelings that Rebirthing can bring to light. I can attest to the incredible experiences she describes. I am still coming to terms with the revelations my first session have given me.
Do read Deike's book and then begin the Rebirthing process. Your life will never be the same again.
Overall, this book gives a broad, yet somewhat shallow perspective on rebirthing.
