A wonderful study of a remarkable process,

Deike has written a thoroughly engrossing study of Rebirthing. I was so taken with this book that I decided to go ahead and arrange a session. I have just experienced my first Rebirthing session, and I am absolutely stunned at the effect it has had on me. Rebirthing works and has done more to help me in a few hours than anything else in my life before. I would heartily recommend Deike's book as a means of understanding what Rebirthing can do. She writes with obvious knowledge and experience of her subject and it is clear that she is an accomplished Rebirther with a great sensitivity to the extraordinary depth of feelings that Rebirthing can bring to light. I can attest to the incredible experiences she describes. I am still coming to terms with the revelations my first session have given me. Do read Deike's book and then begin the Rebirthing process. Your life will never be the same again.

Whether you're interested in Rebirthing or not, it will change your life, just like it has mine. Also, Begg writes with such engaging warmth and honesty that you won't be able to put it down!

Author of the book offers pretty good insight on how rebirthing can be accompanied by other forms of psychotherapeutic work. However, information about rebirthing as a method is pretty vague. I hoped to learn more about principles of breathwork, but none were really given. The reason could be protecting unexperienced people tryng these things without expert leadership, but still, more could have been said about the technique. Also, I think author exaggerated in stressing how the way one was born determines behavior latter in life. That is a great idea, and I believe there is truth to it, but not as much as author states.
Overall, this book gives a broad, yet somewhat shallow perspective on rebirthing.
