Glasser has developed a new approach to motivational interviewing which puts clear and concise solutions to those who wish to change their lives for whatever reason. Non-judgemental, accepting of all lifestyles, practical and realistic, this book should be compulsory reading for anyone who works with disaffected / excluded people. It does NOT promote conformity, it simply helps people come to terms with their situation in order to improve it and move forward. At last, something good has come from America!
