With a personal library of a couple of thousand books in the religious, psychology, parapsychology and metaphysics fields, if I had to grab 10 books and run this would be one of the ten. I have suggested it to hundreds of students as a must. How sad the book is so hard to find in book stores. I had to borrow the copy I have. How pleased I am to find it available at Amazon. Now I can recommend it with a source.

If you haven't been introduced to Dr. Dyer yet, this is a great starting place. By the time he had written this, he had honed his expeirences
and perspective down to be a presice, yet simple introduction to alter the way you live now. The information he provided seems to simple, yet no
one has presented it in the same way, or so succinctly. You will truly be changed. The way you look at your life and the people in it will be dramatically different and
ultimately, rewarding. I have purchase this book for everyone one of my friends and family and have heard nothing but good things in return. This will fall under the horrid
"new age" heading, but it is much more than a pop-culture trend book. This is stuff you can do right away. If possible, get the audio tapes and listen to them several times.
Each time I listen to mine I hear something different, or something is pointed out to me more strongly. They are beneficial to anyone who is willing to listen and apply some of the
ideas presented. I can't say enough about this man and this book. But it right away!!!!

Real Magic is white magic at its beautiful best as this wonderfully written book gets at the heart of growing into a more fully created person. It has surprised me that it has been a hard book to find in the marketplace. I have recommended it most highly to hundreds of students in classes on self development.

The first book I read from Dr.Dyer was 'You see it when you believe it' . I found that one quite interesting and thought it offered some fresh ideas. 'Real Magic' contains a series of steps that if followed would bring some kind of magic into your life. But I found these steps are not practical(at least for me) and some instances very confusing. The author just goes over and over on the same points with different arrangement of the words with out actually offering anything new or original. It looks to me that it was written in some hurry to market.

This was the very first book I had read by Wayne Dyer. It was a book that was highly recomended by Author Larry Winget, as one of 3 books that changed his life. So I bought it.
The premise of the book is very very simple. Through a state of relaxation, you can get in touch with your inner spirit. That inner spirit when used properly, can propel you to incredible success, or Real Magic, in your life.

The ideas within this book are not esoteric, they are not mumbo jumbo. The books ideas are simply described and easy to understand. I have tried the process, and every time I fail to act on this inner spirit, I have come unstuck. Every time I have followed the guiding advice of this inner spirit, I have succeeded.

This book is very intresting, and should be read by everyone intrested in success. When you read other books on this subject, you will come to understand, that this book represents the foundation stone, to your greater awarenes.

HIGHLY RECOMENDED.

Having become quite familiar with Wayne Dyer's recent live CD's, I wanted to read some of his well-praised books, and this book 'Real Magic' is the first I have read. I read a lot of self-development/wisdom material and this book is often recommended by other speakers as one of their favourite books. It is a shame that this book seems to becoming increasingly rare (perhaps there is an upcoming re-release?) book as this would definitely be in my top 5 self-development books. It is an engaging read from start to finish.

I think a lot of people come to these books thinking `will it work?', which is in itself quite defeatist and the wrong way to approach them. A lot of self-help books will work if people do apply the steps written about in certain books, but the reality is that few people probably do. It would look like I was attempting a pun on the title of this book if I said that no book is going to change your life like magic but I really think Dyer has stumbled across something here.

Like Dyer often says during his live performances, you have to exercise control over your judgements and openness to take in the ideas of this book. I don't mean in the slightest that they are wacky or `way out there', in fact far from it. But it does mean re-thinking the ways you may have been taught success/happiness/love/health is achieved by learning from goal-setting and/or experience. Dyer writes that it does not have to be this way and that if we simply believed that we could attain all the ideas we wish for in our heads, then miraculous things could indeed happen. It is about believing that you are something before you really are that thing and allowing reality to then catch up with you.
