The chapters include: Attitude, Stress, Loss, Fear, Ability or Breakdown, Health, Mental Health, Addiction, & Existential Crisis - The Day You Have Lost Your Purpose & Have No Answer to the Question "Why?" The last chapter is The Next Step. It starts with a quote from Winston Churchill "If you are going through hell, keep going.
We all face some of these challlenges at some point in our life. Or will be facing them in the future. Stress is the #1 reason we suffer from both physical & mental health. Our body's & minds are tested to the maximum just living day to day. Trying to make a living, lossing jobs, take care rebelious kids, addictions & the ultimate loss. Losing a love one to death.
My husband pasted away this year & I found this book to be very helpful in many areas of my life. But especially the part about losing a loved one. A must read for any one going through real tough times in their personal life.
