4.0 out of 5 stars Real Life Action 21 Jan 2006
Format:DVD
Our son had this DVD for Christmas. It's interesting and lively for children of pre-school age. Running time is fairly short compared to "Big Machines". It's an English DVD featuring a new housing estate and the machines used to build it.

5.0 out of 5 stars machine-tastic! 28 Nov 2008
Format:DVD
My son has had this DVD since he was about two and a half and he absolutely loves it. He knows all the words (Simon's commentary), plus what hand signals to use to get a crane to raise and lower its load, why it's not safe to play on a building site, who a 360-degree excavator's "trusty friend" is, etc etc...

I agree that the DVD isn't all that long, but I don't actually think this is a bad thing. All our (toddler) friends have enjoyed being shown the DVD as well so I guess it's just a matter of taste!

5.0 out of 5 stars Absolutely TOP for a 2 year old boy 9 Nov 2010
By Pavol
Format:DVD
My son loves this DVD and it was the best way how to make him familiar with all the construction machines and trucks. he could watch it all day long. So should your kids be interested in technical stuff and how machines work, it is definitely the right pick.
