I have made 3 things so far - all successful and all eaten quickly. Flapjacks have been made once a week since I bought it. Definitely do-able, recipes not at all off-putting.

This book is a lovely family cookbook . The meals are simple and easy to make and my girl loves them. A good book to buy!
