Gripping! Inspiring!

A well-written memoir about how a remarkable woman bravely faced adversity head-on, "ten feet at a time." She took on the highest mountain in the world despite loss of vision in one eye, & a mysterious disease that went undiagnosed for years.

Cindy's biography was simply inspiring and her life journey was well written. It is amazing what a person can overcome and accomplish in life. It was hard to put this book down as I kept wanting to read about her reaching the clouds. She is truly blessed to have the support and love of her husband, daughter, doctors and friends to accomplish such a remarkable feat. Everyone should follow her example and take life ... "ten feet at a time".

Loved this book. Being a Wegener's patient myself, I had a personal connection, but I think anyone would enjoy this book. I'm ordering copies as Christmas gifts for friends and family.
