This album is certainly a fitting tribute for the anniversary of the Battle of Britain. The band itself is excellent, and the choice of tracks doesn't disappoint either. The Battle of Britain March is actually probably my favourite on the album, but having said that, I can't find fault with any of it! Well worth a purchase, if only to show support for those that fought to make it a better place for us all.

I eagerly awaited the delivery of Reach For The Skies and was certainly not dissapointed. It's a fantastic album - one not to be missed - with a very good mix of music

Full of stirring and moving tunes and a couple of songs, generally associated with airforce themes, films, The Battle of Britain, and even two of Churchills most famous speeches with a backing track. All well played, and worthy of the traditions of the RAF.

Reach for the skies
Delivered promptly, an excellent compilation of music although the Churchill speeches set to music are a little cheesy for my particular tasts. Good value.

Heard part played on Classic FM
This is just the type of CD to buy if you want some good memories of old records of flying music you brought back in the 50s & 60s.

Whatever happened to Decca ffrr?
Not too happy with the spoken tracks. The band is superb as one comes to expect from these musicians but what have Decca done? I remember when they had a reputation for quality. Read more

Brass bands
This was a bit dissapointing as I thought I would be buying dedicated band music. Wasn't expecting voices; and whilst very good, spoilt the expectation a little.
