So far the Razer Orb Weaver has been a dream to use, the general build quality is fantastic and the click of the mechanical keys never gets old. I was previously using the Belkin N52, which has five fewer keys and a scroll wheel, but the adaptation didn't take long, the only thing I'm not so sure about is the directional "stick", I still sometimes find myself pressing two directions at once, since it's plain with only a tiny arrow on one side. When I was looking into this product it was unclear if the thumb pad was a button, it turns out it is, and it's very sensitive, which is a good thing (most of the time.)
It was sent out in good time, but (and this is unrelated to the quality of the actual product) when I recieved my Orb Weaver, the box was slightly damaged and the product had dust and a small amount of some liquid splashed on it, almost as if it had been used, returned and then sent back out. I simply cleaned it, because I wasn't wasn't willing to waste time trying to get another sent out, but I wasn't impressed.
