I needed some ramekins to make some creme brulee so I got these ones. They're perfect for the job, however it states on the back that you can't put them under the grill which means that I have to fork out some more money to buy a cook's blowtorch, which is a bit annoying. It's still microwave/dishwasher/freezer safe though.

I looked around for a while for some Ramekins and these ended up being just the job. They are a great size for making chocolate fondants (which is what I needed them for) and the price is right.
Perfect for Crème brûlées and the like. Nicely sized, simple, clean design. Also study and stack well in the cupboard (unlike my last ones).

Classic practicality
