This short book gives you a variety of food options to have for you live a vegan lifestyle: snacks, fermented foods, salads, dressings, and more. I like it that you can find a little bit of everything in this book, so that you can try out to live a vegan lifestyle during the day and throughout the week by incorporating different recipes recommended in this book. There is a list of healthy whole foods to look for while you are doing your grocery shopping. I also like it that this book gives to lots of nutritional education besides recipes: how to do food combinations, how to consume sodium and water, how to consume water to maximize digestion, understanding different vitamins and more. This definitely helps readers become a more sophisticated healthy eater and more than just simply following recipes.

Some delicious recipes in here! Having an arsenal of great vegan recipes always makes the transition easier and the recipes have helped me stay on track with my raw vegan diet. Everything from fermented foods to herbal tea this is a must buy for all vegans!
