I like it that you can find a little bit of everything in this book, so that you can try out to live a vegan lifestyle during the day and throughout the week by incorporating different recipes recommended in this book. There is a list of healthy whole foods to look for while you are doing your grocery shopping. I also like it that this book gives to lots of nutritional education besides recipes: how to do food combinations, how to consume sodium and water, how to consume water to maximize digestion, understanding different vitamins and more. This definitely helps readers become a more sophisticated healthy eater and more than just simply following recipes.
