Although I don't eat vegan food as a regular diet I do like good vegan food every now and then.
This book gives you many ideas on foods to use and how to combine them.

So, even you are not really looking for 100% vegan food but like a change every now and then I can recommend this book.
If you are looking for a strict vegan diet then this book is absolutely yours to have!

As a nutrition and health nut, I believe vegan recipes to be a great choice for anybody, not only vegans. The recipe collection in this book is very good and a great addition to my ever growing archive. I can only recommend this!
