Got this puzzle for my 20month old Thomas fan and he loves it!!! He can do it rather easily, as when you remove the wooden puzzle peices it has the picture printed on the board, I'm not sure if this is a good or bad things as he finds it so easy, but maybe this is why he loves it so much. Keeps him entertained for ages doing it over and over again. Would recommend it to any toher Thomas fans who enjoy doing puzzles!

Some toys of this type are not so well made and the wooden pieces can stick in the tray. This toy does not have that problem at all, and the pictures are clear and recognisable. I think Thomas fans will really like it. I like this type of toy for 1-2 year olds as it helps to develop small motor skills and the thought processes to work out puzzles.
The recommended age for the toy is 2+, but personally I would say this is too old.

Bought for my son, then 13 months. He continues playing with it and it has helped him learn how to work out the object of the game. He loves Thomas anyway, so I'll find pieces here and there he carries with him. It's been dropped, banged, chewed but still looks in great condition!
