This jigsaw is very bright and colurful with a great picture. It has 500 fairly small pieces and is a bit of a challenge. My 8 year old bought it ,but has had the whole family helping him with this. The shark and larger fish and sea portions have given some headaches, but in an addictive way. I think it was really too difficult for the 8 year old, but a good challenge for his older sisters. Comes in a good sturdy box and like all jigsaws is durable as a toy as long as you don't lose too many pieces.

My 8 year has just completed a Pirates of the Caribbean 500 piece puzzle and wanted another one as it was very challenging. When this arrived he was really happy and got straight into it, even my boyfriend got into it! My son gave it all his concentration and even wanted the tv turned off because he said it was 'disturbing his concentration!!'. On completion which took about 4-5 days, it looked fantastic and he now wants to step up and get a 1000 piece puzzle. Good all round fun and frustration but definitely worth it in the end.

The quality of the pieces are very good, i have poor eye sioght so i got some of the pieces mixed up and put them in the wrong place but i still loved this puzzle and would defo reccommend it to any one who love's jigsaw's.
