Bought for Christmas, this jigsaw is as pretty as the picture suggests. The pieces are well made and not too flimsy and the print quality is great - nice clear picture. The advantage of this particular picture is that there is plenty going on all over the picture with lots of different bright colours. Even the brickwork on the cottages are not uniform and vary in shades, all helping to put the jigsaw together.
This still takes a reasonable amount of time to complete, but if, like me, you would rather not spend a month sorting out endless identical pieces of blue sky with no option but to try each piece, you would do well do consider this one!
Note - the border shown on the box (cream with text and cherry blossom) does appear on the actual jigsaw, not just as box decoration.

This jigsaw looks lovely when completed, it's nice and vibrant and a joy to do. I buy lots for my Mam intending to keep them for birthdays and Christmas, but I can't help myself i need to give them as soon as i buy them.

I absolutely love this jigsaw, bought it to add to my other three cottages in the collection. Still waiting to buy Fisherman's Cottage to complete the series. Come to put the last piece in but it was missing or so i thought! I'd only gone and left it in the bag and disposed of it in the outside bin. Luckily it was not bin collection day so managed to retrieve it to my delight. So a bit of advice to all those who buy jigsaws, empty the bag carefully!
