I bought this when there was free delivery, so it was a great buy. Basically there are three different colours and each colour has three shapes. The little book (with its own stand) is divided into several categories from beginner through to expert. There is a durable plastic board and it comes with its own carry bag (handy for trips to the pub!!!).

The book gives clues regarding where each piece should be put, either by colour and/or shape. It is simple enough for older children (8+) to use and still think they are playing rather than learning, but equally, having taken it to the pub one lunch time, an intermediate game had several 40 and 50 year olds scratching their heads!!!

Would definitely recommend.
