First edition 2005, second edition 2008, published in Kathmandu. Pocket sized, about 9.5 x 14cm.
The dictionary has English-Nepali and Nepali-English sections. Words are given in English, Devanagari and roman transliteration in both sections. The English-Nepali and Nepali-English sections together have 537 pages, with about 25-35 words per page. The definitions tend to be short but, as a Nepali language learner, that suits me. The type is clear and, in my opinion, the binding is of reasonable quality. I found the Devanagari typeface just a little on the small side to be read very easily but that's my age (50). In my opinion this is serviceable straight-forward dictionary and gives value for money. I'm pleased with my copy and would recommend it to anybody learning the language or wanting to increase their Nepali vocabulary.
