An excellent, well written update to the 2nd edition. Very useful for university coursework and will be invaluable in practice. A good coverage of key case law and basis of valuation.

This book really is a must for both the experienced rating surveyor who needs a reminder every so often and the APC candidate to which this book is essential reading. The authors have managed to make an area of surveying which to some may seem a little dull, a most fasinating and enjoyable read. No mean feat ! Well done.
