5.0 out of 5 stars Quite simply a classic. 3 Mar 2008
Format:DVD
I remember seeing this years ago. A genuinely original story that keeps you wanting to know what's going to happen next, right to the very end. Great animation, and a magical fairly tale quality lacking in recent animated short films. Can't wait to introduce this lost masterpiece to my children. Why isn't it famous?? Can't recommend this film enough. You won't be disappointed.

5.0 out of 5 stars Rarg 29 Jan 2006
Format:VHS Tape
Rarg is a perfect world where the sun doesn't rise until it's absolutely sure everyone is awake. The inhabitants of Rarg live for discovery and one day, a scientist makes a very disturbing one, that Rarg is just a dream. The dream of Edwin Barnes.
The whole of Rarg pulls together to make a portal from the dream world of Rarg into the real world of Ediwin to bring him back into the dream and ensure the continued safety of the Rargian civilisation.
Beautifully animated and with wonderful musical score, this soft, bouncy animated film is gripping for children and adults alike from start to unexpected finish.
I am amazed and disappointed that this must-see film is not available on DVD.

5.0 out of 5 stars brilliant whimsical fantasy 3 Nov 2009
Format:DVD|Amazon Verified Purchase
I bought Rarg on video when my kids where small and it is a lovely story. My kids were entranced by it. As videos are now disappearing, I have recently bought three copies of it in total for my (now grown up) kids for their children. It is a classic!
