I have bought many bluegrass albums through the years, but this one is better than most, really enjoyed it. Although to be honest you do have to listen to it a time or two, to really get it, but it is worth every penny. Steve Martin, not just a funny man!

Format:Audio CD
I knew Steve Martin played the banjo but I didn't realise quite how well he did it, and I'm jealous! Likewise, I didn't realise quite how good his song and tune writing skills were, but I do now. The Steep Canyon Rangers are up there with the best musicians of their type, and frankly, there's nothing whatsoever negative to say about this CD. The A Capella 'Atheists Ain't Got No Songs' is the reason I bought this, but the rest of the tracks are excellent too. 'King Tut' was new to me, although it's been around a while, and it made me howl.
