4.0 out of 5 stars Challenging and uncompromising, 17 Jul 2006

Ignore the previous reviews - this is not a film for people who are only interested in David Duchovny's torso or comparisons to Deep Space Nine (????). Rather it's a disturbing and unforgettable film about religious faith, trust and anxiety. The ending is devastating and left me speechless.

5.0 out of 5 stars possibly the strangest film you will ever see, 7 Jul 2008
this really is a one-off - all the way through it i kept asking, out loud, 'who on earth put up the money for this?' it feels like about 5 different films all put togehter - it starts out like some made-for-tv straight-to-dvd softporn movie, then turns into what appears to be a religious film, then gets very dark indeed, & then turns into something else again, & the ending really is unforgettable.

who on earth put up the money for this? well done whoever it was.

1.0 out of 5 stars Two hours of your life you'll never get back..., 6 Mar 2006
By A Customer
This is quite possibly the worst film I've ever seen. Preposterous, disjointed plot, dreadful direction and terrible dialogue. I actually laughed out loud a few times - it's that bad.

To be fair, Mimi Rodgers and David Duchovny do their best, but there was never any saving this truly awful script. I'm trying hard to think of something positive to say and the only thing I can come up with is Duchovny's sixpack - who knew Agent Mulder looked like THAT under the trenchcoat?! Other than that it's just plain rubbish.

Rent this if you must, but do yourself a favour and don't bother buying it.
