Product Description

Not getting the results you want from your gym workouts? Don't worry - it's not your fault...

You're about to learn what most gym rats will never know, and why they'll still be in the gym long after you've finished your workout, struggling to get the same results as you are

I know where you’re coming from, because I’ve been there too.

You know you should exercise, whether it’s to lose a few pounds, or to give you more energy to enjoy your life (and not be a sweating, heaving mess if you run for the bus!), but where do you fit it in?

What with work, family, and household chores it’s hard fitting in a social life, never mind endless hours of gym-time.

And what do you do if you want to lose weight fast? Spend even more time that you don’t have at the gym?

Pretty soon you find yourself in a never-ending cycle of work, gym, eat, sleep, work, gym, eat, sleep.

There has to be a better way.

And there is – in fact it’s scientifically proven.

Interval Training Workouts can help you lose weight upto 9 times faster than normal (boring) cardio, all while rapidly improving your heart and lung power too.

And all of this achieved in much less time…

Imagine – only spending half the time in the gym but getting twice the results…!

So where’s the catch?

Well, most people are given bad advice on how to do interval training workouts properly – and that can have bad results – the kind of results that could put you in hospital if you’re not careful.

It’s also very difficult to find any decent Interval Training Workout Programs too – you’ll see the same “Tabata” interval training routines being repeated all over the internet – and yet people still struggle to get the results they want…

That’s why we’ve put together what we believe to be the most complete guide to interval training that exists.

Inside this “everything you need to know” guide, you’ll find out…

- Just what is interval training, and why is it so superior to normal cardio

- What type of exercises you can use (and guidelines on how to spot the perfect exercise for you)

- How to design your own interval training workouts – whatever your current fitness level (there’s plenty of sample workouts too!)

- The most common mistakes that stop people getting the great results they deserve

- What types of food you should be eating – before, during, and after an interval session

- And much, much more.

All this for less than the cost of a single session with a personal trainer.

Needs a better sample for kindle 5 Sep 2011

The sample in the Kindle is terrible....bad formatting, don't know what he's talking about. If the book is anything like the sample, it'll prove to be terrible. Author should have edited the sample in order to improve sales
