Slightly disappointed 25 April 2000
By A Customer
Format:Audio CD
Most will buy the CD to have a chance to listen to the splendid David Arnold theme tune - BE WARNED..although the first track is called 'theme from Randal and Hopkirk (deceased)' this is the vocal version (still pretty good, but slightly different in structure) and not the one you hear when the programme starts. The orchestral arrangment is apparently available on an extended single and probably worth getting..if you can find it anywhere!

Let's face it.. the number one reason for buying thissoundtrack would be for the show's excellant title track by DavidArnold.. so it totally baffles me why they put a different version on the CD. It's not even "slightly" different, Nina Persson warbles all over it from beginning to end... why ? Other tracks on the CD are mildly interesting, but the only reason to really buy this would be for "my body may die" (track 5). END
