I enjoyed this, Ramsey is direct, which i like, he knows what he is talking about. One of the kitchens will horrify you. Will be looking to purchase more of these in the near future. And do not purchase if bad language offends you, there is plenty of it in this DVD

Gordon Ramsay has an interesting way of forcing people to open their eyes to what really is going on. If you are curious about the patterns we go though during the process of change, watch this dvd!

This series is all about the food and the way a restaurant should work, and less about drama between staff and showing off to customer.
