Product Description
The new pedal go-kart from Raleigh has been designed using all our bike expertise its solid, safe and a quality product; and has the same fun factor as all the bikes in the great Raleigh kids range. This is the coolest outdoor fun ever. With its study steel frame and chunky off road tyres this Go-Kart is sure to please. It combines many excellent features including an adjustable bucket seat. Braking is handled by it's fixed gearing and hand action lever, to maintain complete control.

The go kart is smart and sturdy - perfect for my children (aged 4 and 6). The company we bought from via Amazon was excellent. We bought two but had a problem with one of the seats, and Motorsavers sent another via courier through snow and ice to reach us in time for Christmas - much appreciated.

I bought this Go Kart for my sons 6th birthday and the item was delivered in time and well packaged. The wife and I assembled it the night before his birthday and were both pretty impressed with the build quality, except for that is of the steering wheel and seat which appeared to be made of brittle black plastic. I had real doubts about it's durability and as a precation decided to retain the large box it was delivered in. Good jod I did as on it's 2nd outing, not more than 24 hours after my son receiving it for his birthday the seat completely snapped off it's mountings.
My wife and I took care when assembling it and my six year old in no way subjected it to any rough treatment, all he did was pedal up and down the cul-de-sac a number of times. Nobody pushed him in the Go Kart so no undue pressure was placed on the seat other than that of him pedalling. I have to say we are all really really dissapointed with this product which is a shame as the build quality of the Go Kart (other than the seat and steering wheel) was impressive, well I suppose it should be for £135!
We have now just contacted Adventure Northumberland LTD through Amazon requesting a full refund (as I believe it to be a desgin/manufacturing fault rather than a single faulty product) so will update this review accordingly depending on the response received.
